Meet Mark Ruby

I am proud to be celebrating the twenty second year in my own private practice as an Attorney in Boston, MA.

Boston is home for me. I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University College of Communications and a graduate of Boston University Law School. My communications background and skills have enabled me to represent my clients in a highly effective and successful manner.

Shortly after becoming a member of The Massachusetts Bar I was appointed an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, Mass. The three years experience as an Assistant District Attorney was the most invaluable legal experience of my career.

Appearing in court every day allowed me to experience every kind of criminal case.

I truly learned how to be an effective advocate in court. I am a member of The Massachusetts Bar Association.

In 1988 I began accepting criminal court appointments in Federal Court and cases in the Massachusetts courts. Representing indigent people for many years added to my experience as a successful advocate. I have enhanced my expertise by having successfully settled thousands of accident claims for victims. We also represent all types of family law matters. These include child support, child custody, alimony, contempt and modifications.

My greatest skill as an attorney is my ability to evaluate a case and find the best solution to resolve a problem in an efficient manner. My vast experiences in the courts allow me to navigate any case through the court system. My unique communication skills, experience and knowledge make me a wonderful advocate to representing anyone in any type of divorce or criminal matter.
